Tier III is built for enterprise-level merchants operating across large venues, multiple locations, or complex service environments.
This tier delivers the full power of ExpressX's Digital Priority Infrastructure (DPI), paired with customized POS integration and deployment.
Once onboarded, ExpressX works with our partner PosPro to finalize hardware requirements and configuration.
POS setup and physical deployment typically require a 6–8 week turnaround once approved.
This tier is ideal for stadiums, casinos, airports, resorts, or any operator managing multi-unit infrastructure.
Key Features of Tier III
1. Express Services
Fast Lane Pickup & Delivery is managed across all storefronts and service points. Orders are scheduled and prioritized automatically, providing real-time visibility and coordinated flow across multiple departments or venues.
2. Digital Plating
Dine-in meals are pre-authorized and scheduled with precision. Guest-selected timeframes trigger kitchen preparation and plating workflows, coordinated across kitchen displays and FOH systems—ensuring service readiness upon arrival.
3. Priority Seating
Advanced reservation and seating logic are built into the enterprise storefront. Host teams are notified digitally, ensuring smooth guest flow and increased table turnover in high-capacity environments.
QRX Governance Integration
A dynamic QRX Governance fee applies to premium services such as Digital Plating and Priority Seating. This fee is agreed upon between ExpressX and the merchant, clearly shown to the customer, and shared back as recurring revenue under the governance agreement.
