What are the setup fees and monthly costs?

All Tier 1 Express Edge Hardware (Payanywhere Devices) include a $100 one-time setup fee and $50 monthly service fee, with free placement hardware Included.
Limited-Time Offer: The setup fee is waived through January 31, 2025.
Once approved, the setup fee (if applicable) is processed via ACH using the banking information provided during onboarding.

What does the onboarding process look like?

Once you complete the application and are approved, you will receive an automated email from [email protected].
This email will include:
      •     Your MID (Merchant ID)
      •     Your device tracking number

After receipt, an ExpressX team member will schedule a go-live call to complete configuration, activation, and onboarding.

Is the program PCI compliant and Who is North in relation to ExpressX?

ExpressX programs and platform are powered by North, a registered DBA of NorthAB, LLC, which provides the regulated payment processing infrastructure supporting ExpressX services.

Yes. The Express Edge Program is PCI-compliant and adheres to all required payment security standards.
